Become a better leader

Transformational leadership is a style of leadership where the leader is charged with creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration, and executing the change in tandem with committed members of the group. It also serves to enhance the motivation, morale, and job performance of followers through a variety of mechanisms.

In the afternoon we will look at leadership in the context of vulnerability. This session will propose a more sustainable system of leadership that fosters professional and personal growth. How to deal both with your own stress and team members' stress and still attaining your objectives?
